Form templates for consistency and brand compliance

Your form templates should be a seamless extension of your brand – appealing, consistent and professional.

Formstyle.com can adopt your corporate fonts and palette to ensure 100% compliance with your brand standards. Alternatively, our House Styles are a proprietary collection of elegant font and layout combinations. It’s your choice.

Either way, instead of the traditional time‑consuming method of manipulating type and graphics as separate elements, we build forms using Formstyle.com’s proprietary coding system, ensuring millimetre-perfect grids, consistency across multiple forms, timely production and efficient editing. Clickable buttons, checklists, drop-down fields, calculation fields and data integrations are easily accommodated.

On this page, be inspired by a selection of Formstyle.com’s 60+ House Styles.

Accessible form design

All of our form projects adhere to best practice according to published accessibility standards. However, we can design, suggest or include additional accessibility features for specific projects or languages.

Extend Light

Extend Light is one of our most-used house styles. This style features perfect alignment to 3pt horizontal increments and is generally used for line heights of 12 to 21pt, the latter being suitable for accessible manual entry forms. Extend Light combines seamlessly with Monobox Light where inputs with specific formats or character counts are required.

Opaque No.1/2

Opaque No.1/No.2 are elegant and versatile styles that use tinted solid fields. These styles offer a solution to text and numeric fields without lines or boxed elements. Changing the tint values on alternate lines creates a pleasing analogue effect that assists with usability. Opaque No.1/2

Linear + Opaque

The simplicity of Linear Light is an ideal starting point for form design. As house styles use the same metics, it is possible to use more than one style in a form project. In this example, it was important to let users know that some fields on a printed form were mandatory.
The solution was to augment Linear Light with Opaque No.2, effectively adding light blue highlights to the white (top) sheet of a printed NCR form. The remaining copies were printed in black only.
